The Yuletide vid!! That's the one the leaps to mind right away; I'll go off and look through the rest of my bookmarks in a minute. But really, "One Night Fandoms" is perfect, because it is absolutely primarily celebratory, but also transformative in so many ways. It does make arguments. You could write essays about it (thingswithwings and eruthrosdid). And I think it's a great one for an article or presentation, because it has so many great visual puns.
